Yes, in an effort to maintain the safety of our clients and providers during the Covid-19 pandemic, all counseling sessions are currently being conducted using a secure and HIPAA-compliant virtual (web-based) platform.

What insurance do you accept?

We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield/Wellmark insurance.

Do you offer sliding scale as a payment option?

Yes, we offer sliding scale to clients on a financial needs basis.

How long do appointments typically last?

Appointments are typically 50- 55 minute long.

What questions should I ask my insurance provider to verify my coverage?

Prior to our first session, it is the client's responsibility to verify their insurance coverage. We recommend calling your insurance provider and asking the following questions: 1. Does my current plan offer mental health coverage?
2. Do I have a copay for mental health counseling services?
3. Do I have a deductible? If so, how much is it and how far away am I from meeting it?
4. Is a limit on the number of counseling visits covered under my current plan?

Do you offer private pay?

Yes, we accept private pay and take cash, Mastercard and Visa as payment options.
